Suggested for use when temperatures falls below 10 degrees
Automatically turns on when temperatures fall below 40 degrees F
The connections consist of 2 ring terminals that are attached to the appropriate neutral and ground and a bare lead that is inserted into the AC connection block that is connected inside the generator control panel
Note: When installing a cold weather kit, it is required that the oil is replaced with 5W-30 synthetic for better engine start capability
