Works great - keeps up with either my 1/3 hp or my 1/2 hp sump pump, even on "demand power" setting!!! Very happy with unit - starts easily, and controls, etc. are excellent - even my wife can figure them out!!!\nOnly improvement I would suggest is a different grounding wire connector. Nut could not be removed without running a die over the threads and diameter should be a little larger.
