Service and delivery comments:

When the Folding Wheel Step arrived, about three weeks after ordering, the box was in poor condition with several holes in it. As a result a nut required for assembly was missing. A paper inside the box instructed me to contact the vendor (you) for the part. When I called your service department my name, address and telephone number were taken and I was told that I would be contacted later in the day. When my call was returned I was informed that the nut would not be sent. Because I live in an isolated area in northern Canada it is often difficult to obtain replacement parts. The bottom line is that the product is very good but I was very dissatisfied with your service department thus I would be hesitant to order from you again.
